Richard Weinstein, M.D, is a comprehensive ophthalmologist and co-founder of the the Ocular Health Centre in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario. He has been actively involved in the local startup community as a mentor and an investor for numerous companies in the MedTech space and recently co-founded EyeStart, an incubator devoted to early stage ophthalmic companies.
Dr Weinstein is Chair of the executive board of the Eye Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

Comprehensive eye disease including cataract surgery, glaucoma and retina lasers and performs anti-VEGF injections.

Patients can also be referred directly via fax to the number listed under the surgeon's profile. Patients with cataracts must be referred electronically through central intake via Ocean or WWRCC.
